Raddy Fiber is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Mkuranga. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's electronic products, supporting various marketing campaigns, and generating new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive overall company growth. This role involves active lead generation and converting prospects into loyal customers while maintaining high standards of service.
In addition to direct sales, the officer will conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the company competitive. You will manage customer relationships, follow up on sales opportunities, and assist in organizing promotional events. The position also requires the preparation of weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to be submitted to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Key Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of electronic products, mobile phones, or consumer electronics.
Proven experience in retail sales, dealer management, or distribution channels.
Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
