Anzaa Consultants is currently partnering with a fast-growing FMCG client located in Dubai to recruit a Head of Finance for their Middle East and Africa (MEA) business units. This high-impact leadership role involves driving the overall financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, and fostering business growth across diverse and dynamic international markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to scale operations and provide critical financial insights that support long-term objectives.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage financial complexities across various geographies. Candidates should possess a strong background in FMCG or consumer businesses and demonstrate a proactive approach to financial management. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to take ownership of a significant region and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Requirements

Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience in business finance. Strong exposure to the FMCG or consumer-facing business sector is preferred. Proven ability to manage financial complexity across multiple geographies and markets. Demonstrated positive mindset with high energy and an ownership-driven approach. Experience in driving financial strategy and governance at a leadership level. Strong analytical skills for identifying business growth opportunities in dynamic markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and compliance within the MEA region. Track record of scaling business operations in high-growth environments. Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional finance teams. Deep understanding of international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
