Key Requirements
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience in business finance.
Strong exposure to the FMCG or consumer-facing business sector is preferred.
Proven ability to manage financial complexity across multiple geographies and markets.
Demonstrated positive mindset with high energy and an ownership-driven approach.
Experience in driving financial strategy and governance at a leadership level.
Strong analytical skills for identifying business growth opportunities in dynamic markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and compliance within the MEA region.
Track record of scaling business operations in high-growth environments.
Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional finance teams.
Deep understanding of international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
