The Halotel-Lindi Branch is seeking two Technical Staff members to join our engineering department. These positions are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and network infrastructure. You will work closely with other departments to ensure high network uptime and resolve technical issues reported by customers or automated monitoring systems.
As a member of the technical team, you will be expected to handle hardware installations and software configurations. The role involves field work and may require emergency response to network failures. We are looking for technically proficient individuals who are passionate about telecommunications and eager to contribute to our network's reliability.
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecom, or IT.
At least 2 years experience in Telecoms.
Solid understanding of network protocols and architecture.
Hands-on experience with telecom hardware installation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
