As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials and finished products, managing complex machinery that handles high volumes of beverage containers. The facility utilizes international-standard equipment, requiring operators with a high degree of technical competence.

You will be responsible for machine setup, monitoring film or cardboard supplies, and ensuring that all packaging meets the required structural and aesthetic standards. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is adhering to all safety protocols inherent in an industrial production setting. Key Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the packaging department of a beverage plant. Extensive experience with Krones or Sidel packaging and casing equipment. Strong technical background in automated packaging line operation. Ability to function effectively in a continuous production environment. Experience in managing consumable supplies like film, glue, and cartons. Knowledge of secondary packaging quality standards and inspection. Capability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical stoppages on the line. Commitment to high safety standards and personal protective equipment usage. Physical stamina to handle the demands of a busy industrial plant. Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed production logs.
