FILLING OPERATORS @ KEY TALENT PARTNERS
We are recruiting for Filling Operators on behalf of a leading beverage manufacturer in Libya. This role is central to the production line, focusing on the precision filling of beverage containers using state-of-the-art automated systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the filling process, ensuring accurate volumes, and monitoring the sanitation of the equipment to meet international health standards. The environment is highly automated, requiring a candidate who is comfortable with sophisticated control systems and real-time monitoring.
As a Filling Operator, you will contribute to the efficiency of the bottling plant by minimizing downtime and product waste. The facility operates with modern Krones and Sidel equipment, offering a world-class manufacturing experience. Candidates must be prepared to handle the demands of a continuous industrial cycle and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence within the production department.

Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in beverage production specifically in filling roles.
Demonstrated experience with Krones or Sidel filling and capping equipment.
Understanding of automated liquid processing and volume control systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous industrial production cycle.
Experience with CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures and sanitation protocols.
Technical proficiency in monitoring digital control panels and sensors.
Capability to identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on the line.
Commitment to maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts within a 24/7 industrial environment.
A strong mechanical background or vocational training in industrial engineering.
