Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8 years' experience in an integrated cement plant (preferred). Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance. Experience with cement plant equipment including crushers, VRMs, kilns, clinker coolers, conveyors, ball mills, compressors, and pollution control systems. Hands-on experience in major equipment overhauls, troubleshooting, machinery alignment, shutdown planning, and maintenance management systems (ERP/CMMS).
