Adaramoye is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our cloud business operations across the East African region. This pivotal role involves overseeing end-to-end cloud business projects, driving regional business performance, and ensuring the successful delivery and collection of projects. You will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing local delivery and cloud operations processes to ensure service excellence across multiple project sites in CBD, Kilimani, Lavington, Westlands, Kileleshwa, and Upper Hill. The position also requires coordination with headquarters on cross-border delivery and supply chain matters, alongside ensuring strict compliance with local tax, labor, data, and procurement regulations. Candidates should be prepared to manage customer implementations, renewals, and build long-term relationships with government agencies and channel partners. The salary for this role is RMB 15,000–20,000/month.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of operations management experience
5+ years managing regional operations in a multinational technology company
Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS project operations
Strong knowledge of East African government procurement processes
