QUALITY ANALYST (QA) @ SOLVO GLOBAL

The role involves collaborating closely with operational teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring that all services meet internal standards and client service level agreements (SLAs). Key activities include delivering structured feedback and coaching to staff, analyzing performance trends, and utilizing tools like Excel or Power BI to track progress.
