The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new construction and industrial projects, ensuring that Kamaka remains a top-tier provider for developers, contractors, and architects throughout the region.
In this position, you will be expected to develop and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, managing complex project pipelines, and consistently achieving ambitious monthly and annual sales targets. By promoting our complete solutions from foundation to finishing, you will contribute to the company's expansion within the East African market. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven project sales experience in construction and building materials.
Experience working within East African markets.
Strong network of contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners.
Knowledge of construction projects from foundation to finishing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
