IT RECRUITER (5 POSITIONS) @ VENUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS
Venus Management Consultants is hosting a walk-in drive for IT Recruiters at their Pune office to fill five vacant positions. This role primarily involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing high-quality candidates from major job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, as well as leveraging social media and professional networks. Successful candidates will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Beyond sourcing and screening, the IT Recruiters will handle end-to-end recruitment tasks, including maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and providing timely follow-ups. The firm is looking for individuals with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
