IT RECRUITER (5 POSITIONS) @ VENUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS
Venus Management Consultants is hosting a walk-in drive for IT Recruiters at their Pune office to fill five vacant positions. This role primarily involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing high-quality candidates from major job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, as well as leveraging social media and professional networks. Successful candidates will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Beyond sourcing and screening, the IT Recruiters will handle end-to-end recruitment tasks, including maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and providing timely follow-ups. The firm is looking for individuals with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Word. Interested candidates are encouraged to attend the walk-in interviews on the 3rd and 4th of April 2026 at the Pasalkar Bhavan venue in Pune, or submit their updated resumes via email with details on their current and expected CTC.

Key Requirements
Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Ability to source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Proficiency in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Strong coordination skills to manage communication between clients and candidates.
Experience handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ability to maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database.
Skill in understanding technical job requirements to source relevant profiles.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Practical knowledge of recruitment and general hiring processes.
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation.
A Graduate degree in any stream is required.
MBA in HR is highly preferred.
