QUALITY ENGINEERS (3 POSITIONS) @ RGBSI
RGBSI is currently seeking three dedicated Quality Engineers to join our professional team at the Bangalore office. We are specifically looking for candidates with a Degree in Engineering and a specialization in Electrical or Electronic fields. This role requires individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience who possess a deep understanding of manufacturing shopfloor processes and quality management standards. The successful candidates will be integral to maintaining high-quality production standards and ensuring supplier compliance through rigorous auditing and process verification.
The core responsibilities include managing PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and PPAP documentation. Candidates will be expected to perform QMS audits according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as handle Supplier Quality issues and 8D closures. For those applying for the electrical positions, expertise in wiring harnesses, PCB assemblies, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings is essential.
