QUALITY ENGINEERS (3 POSITIONS) @ RGBSI
RGBSI is currently seeking three dedicated Quality Engineers to join our professional team at the Bangalore office. We are specifically looking for candidates with a Degree in Engineering and a specialization in Electrical or Electronic fields. This role requires individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience who possess a deep understanding of manufacturing shopfloor processes and quality management standards. The successful candidates will be integral to maintaining high-quality production standards and ensuring supplier compliance through rigorous auditing and process verification.
The core responsibilities include managing PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and PPAP documentation. Candidates will be expected to perform QMS audits according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as handle Supplier Quality issues and 8D closures. Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical or Electronics.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of core quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
Proficiency in managing and creating PPAP documentation.
Direct exposure to manufacturing shopfloor processes and compliance monitoring.
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Previous experience in a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) role.
Proven ability to conduct Supplier Quality Audits including Process and System Audits.
Experience in performing QMS audits and verifying shopfloor compliance.
Capability to handle Supplier Quality issues and manage 8D reporting and closure.
Technical experience in wiring harness, PCB, or electrical assemblies for specialization roles.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and technical specifications.
