Experience in directing and supervising regional sales operations and dedicated sales staff. Bilingual proficiency in a major local Indian language and fluent English. In-depth knowledge of PV systems, VPP, and residential battery storage solutions. A proactive approach to market cultivation and identifying new business opportunities in India. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance tracking. Analytical skills to interpret market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Commitment to high-growth opportunities within a fast-paced renewable energy corporate environment.
