Key Requirements
Significant background in sales or business development within the Indian residential energy storage sector.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in the solar and battery storage market.
Expertise in establishing and nurturing strategic customer relationships within the renewable energy field.
Experience in directing and supervising regional sales operations and dedicated sales staff.
Bilingual proficiency in a major local Indian language and fluent English.
In-depth knowledge of PV systems, VPP, and residential battery storage solutions.
A proactive approach to market cultivation and identifying new business opportunities in India.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance tracking.
Analytical skills to interpret market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
