Key responsibilities include utilizing the Glide API for complex scripting, leveraging Flow Designer for automation, and managing third-party integrations with platforms such as Jira, Slack, and Salesforce. This role offers a flexible remote work arrangement and is ideal for an experienced professional looking to work on diverse projects within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Candidates must be able to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of code quality and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, specifically using the Glide API. Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow automation. Extensive experience in REST and SOAP integrations with third-party tools like Jira and Slack. Strong technical skills in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management processes. Official ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote contract environment.
