Key Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, specifically using the Glide API.
Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow automation.
Extensive experience in REST and SOAP integrations with third-party tools like Jira and Slack.
Strong technical skills in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management processes.
Official ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote contract environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex technical issues.
