The ideal candidates will possess strong hands-on recruitment expertise and a deep understanding of the international hiring landscape. As a lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring that delivery targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality. This role is office-based and requires a presence in the workplace five days a week to foster collaboration and team synergy.
Successful candidates will work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of talent solutions. The role involves managing teams, driving performance, and being actively involved in the sourcing and screening of IT profiles. Possible work locations include Bangalore (BTM Layout) and Hyderabad (Hitec City).
