The ideal candidates will possess strong hands-on recruitment expertise and a deep understanding of the international hiring landscape. As a lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring that delivery targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality. This role is office-based and requires a presence in the workplace five days a week to foster collaboration and team synergy.
Successful candidates will work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of talent solutions. The role involves managing teams, driving performance, and being actively involved in the sourcing and screening of IT profiles. Possible work locations include Bangalore (BTM Layout) and Hyderabad (Hitec City). Key Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery processes.
Strong understanding and hands-on expertise in UK and Europe hiring markets.
Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment teams and drive high performance.
Experience in meeting and exceeding delivery targets consistently.
Hands-on approach with sourcing candidates using various channels and job boards.
Technical proficiency in screening and interviewing candidates, specifically for IT profiles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal and external partners.
Ability to collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Willingness to work onsite in a five-day office-based role.
Deep knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance tracking tools.
