Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment. Proven track record of handling both domestic and international tech clients. Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with hiring managers. Must be an immediate joiner or available to start within a very short notice period. Permanent residency or ability to commute daily to Noida/Delhi NCR. Proficiency in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills for client interaction. Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
