UOSPL is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Recruiter to join their team onsite in Noida, Sector 62. This role is vital for supporting both domestic and international tech clients, requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of global talent acquisition. The position operates on a 5.5-day work week schedule, catering to immediate joiners who are currently based in the Noida or Delhi NCR region. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to final stakeholder management. You will act as a bridge between technical departments and potential candidates, ensuring that all hiring needs are met with high-quality talent. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of specialized experience in the IT sector and demonstrate exceptional communication skills necessary for managing relationships with diverse clients and candidates across different time zones. Successful applicants will be expected to maintain a pipeline of qualified tech talent and provide regular updates to management regarding the status of active requisitions.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment.
Proven track record of handling both domestic and international tech clients.
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
Strong ability to screen and evaluate technical resumes for specific skill sets.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with hiring managers.
Must be an immediate joiner or available to start within a very short notice period.
Permanent residency or ability to commute daily to Noida/Delhi NCR.
Proficiency in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills for client interaction.
Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
