Tekia Hub is actively seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to join our team for large-scale HCM transformation projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 6 to 9 years of experience in the HCM/ERP landscape who are ready to take on the challenge of designing and building scalable Workday integrations. The position involves working through the full implementation lifecycle, from design to performance optimization, ensuring seamless connectivity between Workday and various third-party systems.

This opportunity is available across several major hubs in India, including Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai. We are specifically looking for immediate or early joiners who hold mandatory certifications in Workday Integrations, Studio, and Orchestrate. Candidates will be expected to leverage their expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connectors to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Requirements

Total experience of 6 to 9 years in the HCM or ERP domain. At least 4 years of dedicated experience specifically in Workday Integrations. Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Proven proficiency in using Workday Studio for complex integrations. Deep knowledge of Core Connectors and Cloud Connectors. Experience with Document Transformation (DT) tools and Advanced Reports. Successful track record of at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations. Mandatory certification in Workday Integrations. Mandatory certification in Workday Studio. Mandatory certification in Workday Orchestrate. Ability to work on full lifecycle implementations from design to support. Strong problem-solving skills for optimizing integration performance.
