Tekskills India Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced Workday Integration Consultants to join their team for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers the opportunity to work with a top-tier global client on large-scale Workday projects. Candidates will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of integration design, development, and ongoing production support, ensuring a stable and efficient HR tech environment. Possible work locations include various urban centers across India as part of their Pan India hiring initiative. The ideal candidate will possess over four years of specialized experience in Workday technologies, specifically focusing on Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB. Beyond technical skills, applicants should have a robust understanding of Workday HCM and Security protocols. We are looking for proactive professionals who are either immediate joiners or currently serving their notice period. Key Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday integration.
Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio for complex integration development.
Proficiency in working with Core Connectors and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Demonstrated experience in integration design and development workflows.
Strong background in providing production support for Workday systems.
Solid understanding of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) modules.
Comprehensive knowledge of Workday Security configurations and logic.
Ability to work from office across various locations in India.
Availability to join immediately or currently serving a notice period.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing integrations.
