This role is specifically designed for professionals who are comfortable working in a US Night Shift environment to effectively coordinate with clients and candidates based in the United States. The primary objective is to identify top-tier IT talent to fill various roles across multiple industries, ensuring a high standard of candidate quality and client satisfaction.
As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and manage the interview and submission process. The role requires a deep understanding of the US staffing market, including visa regulations and tax implications, to ensure all placements meet legal and organizational standards.
