Akshar Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join their expanding talent acquisition team in Vadodara. This role is specifically designed for professionals who are comfortable working in a US Night Shift environment to effectively coordinate with clients and candidates based in the United States. The primary objective is to identify top-tier IT talent to fill various roles across multiple industries, ensuring a high standard of candidate quality and client satisfaction.
As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and manage the interview and submission process. The role requires a deep understanding of the US staffing market, including visa regulations and tax implications, to ensure all placements meet legal and organizational standards.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Deep understanding of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with various US visa types such as H1B, L1, OPT, and CPT.
Ability to work consistently during US Night Shift hours.
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
Strong ability to screen IT candidates against technical job descriptions.
Experience managing the end-to-end interview and submission process.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet monthly hiring targets.
