We are currently seeking 5 Audit Managers to join our prestigious team in Sanchaung Township, Yangon. You will be responsible for shaping high-level audit strategies and engaging with complex risk mitigation tasks while upholding the highest international standards including IFRS, ISA, and GAAP. As an Audit Manager, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing risk-based programs and managing assignments for Senior and Junior Associates. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring that all financial consultancy needs are met with precision. Key deliverables include the preparation of Independent Auditor’s Reports and Management Letters. The position follows a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are looking for leaders who are ready to mentor others and contribute to our legacy of excellence in the Myanmar financial sector.

Key Requirements

Possess a B.Com, B.Act, BBA, or a related degree in finance or accounting. CPA or ACCA (Part 2) qualification is highly preferred for this management role. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Senior Auditing. Previous experience working within a conglomerate background is considered a significant plus. Demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills to lead a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of international standards including IFRS, ISA, and GAAP. Proven ability to manage team assignments and mentor Senior and Junior Associates. Experience in acting as the primary point of contact for a diverse client portfolio. Expertise in preparing professional Independent Auditor’s Reports and Management Letters. Strong intellectual rigor and a pioneering spirit aligned with company values. Ability to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-level client engagement.
