This is a Cairo-based, group-level leadership role for a senior marketing professional with a proven track record in luxury hospitality. As the Area Director of Marketing, you will lead the marketing function across the group's portfolio, including the highly anticipated upcoming Baron Zanzibar. The role focuses on high-level strategic planning and brand management to ensure consistent growth and market penetration. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness through sophisticated digital marketing and PR efforts. Working from our Cairo office, you will manage partnerships and media relations while collaborating closely with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure all commercial objectives are met. This position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee complex pre-opening plans and maintain the prestigious reputation of Baron Hotels & Resorts across various properties.
Key Requirements
5–10+ years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality
Proven experience at an area or multi-property level
Strong command of digital marketing and brand strategy
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work from a group-level headquarters in Cairo
