Net2Source Inc., a global leader in workforce solutions operating in over 32 countries, is seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) Acquisition to join a prominent banking institution in Egypt. This role involves proactive engagement with potential and existing clients to facilitate account openings through digital channels, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and maintaining high service quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting cross-selling opportunities for various banking products, and meeting monthly financial targets. By maintaining high service standards for priority customers and safeguarding the bank's interests from potential losses, the Relationship Officer plays a crucial role in the business's growth and client satisfaction strategies within the Egyptian banking sector. This position is a 6-month contract opportunity for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in financial services.

Key Requirements

Possession of a University Degree from a recognized institution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse clientele. Strong negotiation abilities to facilitate account acquisition and product uptake. At least 2 years of professional experience in a banking or financial services environment. Proficiency in using digital banking channels and assisting clients with technical onboarding. Ability to conduct outbound calls to assigned leads for account opening purposes. Deep understanding of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. Proven track record of meeting monthly and annual financial sales targets. Commitment to safeguarding the financial institution from potential risks and losses. Capacity to maintain high-quality service standards for priority banking customers.
