The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and engaging manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the brand. You will conduct guided tours within the Italian Club, showcasing our extensive range of products and materials while explaining their various applications and benefits to prospective clients.
In this role, you will act as a design consultant, introducing clients to the latest trends in colors, finishes, and design solutions. You will provide tailored advice based on specific client needs and support them in making informed decisions regarding material combinations and design directions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with designers, manufacturers, and end-users is essential for success in this position.
