The Tanzania Leadership Foundation (TLF) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Volunteer Program Officer. This role is based at our head office in Dodoma and is designed for someone who is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to coordinate and implement various youth-focused programs and community impact initiatives. As a Volunteer Program Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of leadership modules, organizing community outreach activities, and fostering engagement among youth participants. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector while contributing to meaningful social change within Tanzania.
