HR OFFICER @ PERITUS EXIM
Peritus Exim is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Dodoma, Tanzania. This role is central to our human resources operations, where the successful candidate will support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing performance management. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is up to date, and assisting in the implementation of company policies that align with local labor laws.
As an HR Officer, you will also play a key role in employee relations, providing support and guidance while fostering a positive work environment. The position requires a proactive individual who can prepare detailed HR reports and handle administrative tasks with high efficiency. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office setting located in the Dodoma region.
