PARTS LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR @ HSD-MELT
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Supervisor to oversee our supply chain operations in Dar es Salaam. The supervisor will manage the end-to-end logistics process, including the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive parts across various warehouses and branches. Your goal will be to ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts while optimizing the warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency and safety compliance.
As a leadership role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships both locally and internationally, negotiating delivery terms, and supervising warehouse staff. You will set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, and implement continuous improvement strategies for the supply chain. This position requires strong analytical skills to prepare procurement reports and manage slow-moving inventory, ensuring the company maintains a lean and responsive parts distribution network.
