FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER @ TANZANIA WOMEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (TWCC)
The Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC), a leading organization dedicated to promoting women's economic empowerment, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Finance and Administration Manager. This pivotal role is based in Dar es Salaam and involves overseeing the financial management, administration, procurement, and human resources functions for an organization that represents over 22,000 members and reaches more than one million women entrepreneurs across Tanzania. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader crucial to the operational success and growth of TWCC.
This position requires a professional with robust experience in finance and administration, particularly within NGO or donor-funded environments. The role encompasses ensuring compliance with Tanzanian tax and labour laws, managing financial reporting, and implementing sound administrative practices. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, coupled with strong analytical and organizational skills.
