Milestones Secondary School is a brand-new educational institution located near IPTL in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of School to lead our founding team and establish a culture of academic excellence and holistic development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and leadership of the school as we prepare for our opening in January 2027.
As the Head of School, you will oversee staff recruitment, curriculum implementation, and student enrollment strategies. We are particularly interested in leaders who have a strong background in the Cambridge curriculum and a proven track record of managing high-performing educational environments.
