The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services to staff and partners, ensuring that all travel requirements for TEN/MET programs and activities are executed seamlessly within Dar es Salaam and other regions as required.

In addition to driving duties, the role involves providing essential logistics and administrative support to the office. This includes assisting with the distribution of educational materials, managing vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and supporting the logistics of various workshops or field activities. The candidate must maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing the organization during field operations and daily errands.

Key Requirements

Possess a valid Tanzanian driving license of the appropriate class. Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably within an NGO or corporate environment. Must have a clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and the ability to perform routine maintenance checks. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swahili.
