This vital role as a Presales Associate will have you working at the crucial intersection of sales and technical teams, providing indispensable support in securing new business opportunities for HSD-Melt. You will be responsible for deeply understanding client needs, articulating and demonstrating the value proposition of IT solutions, and meticulously preparing detailed technical proposals and bid documents. This position demands a unique blend of strong technical acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic, proactive approach to complex B2B sales processes and tender management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by effectively translating intricate technical information into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and expertly managing the entire bid lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Pre-sales, B2B Sales, Bid Management, or the Software/IT industry.
Proven ability to prepare and analyze technical proposals, specifications, and bid documents.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and tender management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
