Lake Cement Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of our corporate and industrial facilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing cleaning operations and landscaping activities to ensure a safe, hygienic, and visually appealing environment for all employees and visitors. This role requires a balance of hands-on supervision and administrative oversight to maintain high standards across the site.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily cleaning tasks, managing gardening and landscaping teams, and ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. The supervisor will also be responsible for staff allocation, monitoring attendance, inventory control of cleaning and maintenance supplies, and preparing detailed reports on facility conditions and improvement needs. The role is essential for promoting environmental sustainability and workplace safety within the company's operations.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Management, or Horticulture.
Proven experience in cleaning supervision and managing maintenance teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
