MTISHBI Company Limited is offering a 3-month Internship Program for motivated and ambitious female students. The program begins on June 15th, 2026. This internship is designed to provide hands-on industry experience and opportunities for professional growth and career development. Interns will receive a monthly allowance, lunch, and transport on one bus route. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain real-world industry experience while developing valuable professional skills. Selected interns will be based in Sinza, Dar es Salaam.
Key Requirements
Female university students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study or fresh graduate from college or university.
Passionate about Marketing and Sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Computer literacy skills.
