The Employee Relations Officer will champion employee engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives to promote a productive work environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues, including attending to investigations into complaints and misconduct cases. The officer will assist in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters through relevant interventions. Furthermore, the role supports the company's efforts in complying with labor laws and internal policies, assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. The Employee Relations Officer will also advise Line Managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, policy, and procedures, and prepare employee relations reports and HR statistics.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related
2-3 years' experience in similar or related roles
Knowledge of HR/labour laws & employment practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good conflict resolution & problem-solving abilities.
