Solvo Global is seeking a Payroll Tax Associate (Junior) to join our team in Colombia. This on-site role is perfect for professionals taking their first steps in Payroll and Tax Compliance who wish to grow within an international and dynamic environment. You will support federal and state tax compliance processes within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, working closely with a global team to ensure accuracy and compliance across various jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities will include performing payroll tax filings, conducting federal and state tax research, and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns. You will also resolve tax notices, provide audit support, and maintain detailed documentation for client cases.
