SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER (WATER TREATMENT) @ BUSINESS EDGE
The Sales & Service Engineer role in Ipoh is designed for individuals who can combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the water treatment sector while providing ongoing technical support and maintenance services to existing clients.
Your duties will include conducting site visits, preparing detailed technical proposals, and ensuring that all water treatment solutions meet specific client requirements. You will serve as the primary link between technical needs and commercial solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers in the region.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
Proven sales experience within the industrial equipment sector.
Technical knowledge of water treatment systems and chemistry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
Ability to provide hands-on technical support on-site.
Result-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
