Bay Title, LLC is expanding its professional team and is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Closer / Post-Closer to fill roles in our Newport News and Midlothian, Virginia offices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who deeply understands the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction, from the initial closing proceedings to the final post-closing completion and document recording. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting residential purchase and refinance closings, reviewing settlement statements for accuracy, and ensuring all lender instructions and compliance guidelines are strictly met. You will coordinate closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a seamless experience. Further duties include preparing documents for recording, confirming funding and disbursement, and issuing final title policies.
