Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated PDCA/ MES Engineer (Advanced Automation Engineer - AAE) to join our cutting-edge team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building sophisticated automated systems and MES solutions, which include comprehensive configuration, integration, and monitoring. You will also troubleshoot databases, networks, Ethernet, and data flow issues to ensure seamless operations on the manufacturing floor. Your expertise will help optimize business processes and improve overall operational efficiency within our innovative and fast-paced work environment.

Beyond technical implementation, you will generate valuable insights from system and production data and maintain necessary materials and spare parts inventory. This position requires the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, demanding strong leadership and communication skills. Key Requirements

Proven experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) environments. Deep understanding of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies. Proficiency in Networking and Ethernet, including protocol/IP configuration. Hands-on experience with HIVE for big data querying and requirement gathering. Ability to manage Shopfloor Data collection, integration, and analytics. Strong skills in Logs Management, system monitoring, and detailed analysis. Minimum of 2 to 8 years of relevant professional experience. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Effective teamwork and communication skills to interact with diverse teams. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Expertise in designing and building automated systems solutions. Capacity to maintain and manage spare parts and materials inventory.
