Key Requirements
Proven experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) environments.
Deep understanding of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies.
Proficiency in Networking and Ethernet, including protocol/IP configuration.
Hands-on experience with HIVE for big data querying and requirement gathering.
Ability to manage Shopfloor Data collection, integration, and analytics.
Strong skills in Logs Management, system monitoring, and detailed analysis.
Minimum of 2 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Expertise in designing and building automated systems solutions.
Capacity to maintain and manage spare parts and materials inventory.
