Key Requirements

Lead and mentor a talented team of naval architects. Oversee vessel design, modifications, and analysis. Work proficiently with tools like AutoCAD, Rhino, and GHS. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions. Support both commercial and government vessel programs. Demonstrate technical excellence in naval architecture and marine engineering. Proven experience in the maritime and offshore industries. Strong ability to manage complex engineering projects from inception to delivery. Excellent communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration. Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
