Bagamoyo Sugar Limited is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Assistant to join our medical team in Bagamoyo. The successful candidate will play a critical role in disease diagnosis by performing various tests, including blood work, urinalysis, and microbiological cultures. This position requires a professional who ensures the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in test results through meticulous calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to support the facility's healthcare operations.
Beyond technical testing, the Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for the safe collection of biological samples and the strict adherence to sterility and safety protocols.
