TUTOR ASSISTANT – MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE (3 POSITIONS) @ THE BAGAMOYO AFRICAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (BIST)
The Bagamoyo African Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) is looking for dedicated Tutor Assistants in Medical Laboratory Science. This role is crucial for supporting the education of students up to NTA Level 6, focusing on hands-on laboratory experience and theoretical knowledge in medical laboratory sciences. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the practical learning environment and student development. Primary duties include preparing and managing laboratory practicals, developing essential learning resources, and assisting in conducting research, seminars, and clinical case studies. The Tutor Assistant will also play a key role in supervising hospital and field practicals, as well as student projects, ensuring students acquire the necessary skills for their future careers. Candidates must hold a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Health Laboratory Technology and be registered with the appropriate professional council.
