This role requires working 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, aligning with the EST/EDT New York time zone (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM). The successful candidate will be responsible for researching complex technology products to recommend the most appropriate technical solutions based on detailed customer requirements. Furthermore, the role involves leading customer discussions and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial outcomes, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing reliable post-sales support crucial for maintaining long-term customer relationships. Applicants must hold a Bachelor
gree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field and have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant B2B tech sales experience, preferably with exposure to overseas clients. The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manage work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting is essential.
