Knowledge of international BIM standards, protocols, and Level of Development (LOD). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling within the construction industry. 7–10 years of consultancy-based mechanical design experience. Significant experience specifically in HVAC and building services. Strong background in complex, technically demanding projects. Data Center design experience is highly preferred for this role. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Possession of certifications such as ATD or CDCDP is highly regarded. Ability to lead the design and development of mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure. Proficiency in preparing detailed design calculations and technical documentation. Proven ability to support the full project lifecycle from concept through construction. Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and providing mentorship to junior engineers. Deep understanding of international engineering standards and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
